How to find a doctor within the U.S.
When seeking treatment within the U.S., you may reduce your out-of-pocket costs by visiting a doctor within your preferred provider organization (PPO). A PPO is a network of hundreds of thousands of established, highly qualified medical practitioners and well-recognized hospitals in the U.S. Note that you may visit a doctor of your choosing outside the PPO, but billed charges for eligible expenses will not be eligible for a PPO discount.

*You can find your medical ID card in the policy fulfillment documents sent to your email upon purchase. You may also download your ID card at any time via the MemberPortal. Sign in to the portal, click “Policy Information” in the navigation menu, and then click the box labeled “Download Insurance ID Card.”
How to find a doctor outside the U.S.
